Success at Science and Engineering Challenge

At the annual Science and Engineering Challenge, our students competed against other schools, finishing the day a respectable 2nd, falling short by a mere three points!

At the half-way point, Immanuel College was first on the leader board at deciphering cryptic messages, balancing energy sources to power a small town, building a model prosthetic hand and constructing turbines! They also built a lightweight but structurally sound bridge, constructed an Earthquake proof tower, and a mini-Mars rover.

Congratulations to our students who did us proud; they participated enthusiastically and relished the opportunity to engage in real-world applications, and make connections to local industry groups.
