An important part of the enrolment process is to visit the College.

Enrolment Application Process (Domestic students)

Step 1: Complete an Enrolment Application Form

  • The Enrolment Application Form is to be lodged, together with a non-refundable Application Fee of $100 or $150 per family if more than one Application is lodged at the same time (a separate Application should be completed for each student).
  • A copy or extract of the applicant’s birth certificate must accompany the Enrolment Application Form.
  • The College will acknowledge receipt of your Application and your child/children will be placed on waiting lists for the appropriate year and year level.

Step 2: Offer of place

  • Applications for enrolment will be considered using the following criteria:
    • the number of positions available at the appropriate year level
    • the date of receipt of the application
    • the resources of the College
    • applications for siblings, or children of Old Scholars will be given priority subject to availability.
  • Formal offers in writing by the Principal will be made on or after 1 March up to two years preceding the year for which entry is being sought.
  • A place at Immanuel College is not assured until it is confirmed in writing by the College, an Enrolment Agreement is completed and an enrolment deposit fee paid in full.
