Applications for Immanuel College Scholarships in 2024 will open late Term 3 2022. Details about each of our Scholarships are outlined below:

Year 7 Academic Scholarships

Scholarships will be offered for study in Year 7 in 2024. These scholarships are based on the results of an Australian Cooperative Entry Program (ACEP) examination conducted through ACER and held at Immanuel College. Full or Partial Scholarships will be awarded, tenable for 6 years.

Year 10 Academic Scholarships

Academic Scholarship applications are available for new students to Immanuel College commencing in Year 10, 2024 and current Immanuel College students who will be in Year 10 in 2024. Scholarships are based on the results of an examination conducted through ACER held at Immanuel College and will be tenable for 3 years. Students not enrolled at Immanuel College in 2023, will also be required to attend an interview. Full or Partial Scholarships are awarded.

Boarding Scholarships

Senior Scholarships will be offered for new Boarding students to Immanuel College entering in Year 9 or 10 in 2024. Scholarships will be based on the results of an examination conducted through ACER and held at Immanuel College. Additionally, an interview will also be held at the College. Partial Scholarships will be awarded tenable for 3 or 4 years (depending on the year of entry).

Music Scholarships

Music Scholarships are available for new students to Immanuel College commencing in Years 7 – 11 in 2024. Scholarships will be awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding music skills and/or potential. Awarding of a scholarship provides a percentage reduction of tuition fees for the duration of the student’s enrolment.

String Scholarships: For students demonstrating outstanding musical skills and/or potential on violin, viola, cello or double bass.
General Music Scholarships: For students demonstrating outstanding musical skills and/or potential in brass, woodwind, percussion, guitar, piano or voice.

Immanuel College/Maitland Lutheran School Scholarship

The Immanuel College/Maitland Lutheran School Scholarship for Year 10 in 2024 will be awarded to a Christian student who attends Maitland Lutheran School. Awarded for academic performance and involvement in school/community activities, the Scholarship provides 35% remission on both tuition and boarding fees to Year 12.


Indigenous Youth Leadership Program Scholarship (IYLP)

In partnership with Immanuel College, the IYLP is run by The Smith Family, with funding support through the National Indigenous Australians Agency and aims to close the gap in Indigenous educational disadvantage by creating greater access to additional education choices for Indigenous students. Applications for 2023 entry are now open and close Friday 27 May 2022 at the close of business.
