Scholarships

Immanuel College offers a range of Scholarships as outlined below. Scholarship applications open during Term 4 of each year.

Year 7 & 8 Australian Cooperative Entry Program (ACEP) Scholarships

Entrance Scholarships will be offered for study in Years 7 & 8, 2019. Students who will be in Year 6 or 7 in 2018 are eligible to apply. These scholarships will be based on the results of an examination conducted through ACER and held at Immanuel College. These scholarships are tenable for five or six years.

Registrations for 2019 scholarships will open in Term 4 this year.

 


Boarding and Senior Scholarships from Year 10

Senior Scholarships will be offered for students in Year 10 or 11, 2018. Students in Year 9 and 10, 2017 are eligible to apply. Scholarships will be based on the results of an examination and interview held at the College and will be tenable for 2 or 3 years.

Registrations for 2019 scholarships will open in Term 4 this year.

 


Music Scholarships

String Scholarships
Scholarships will be offered in the area of Strings for new students entering Years 7, 8, 9 or 10 in 2019. Students need to demonstrate outstanding musical skills and/or potential on either Violin, Viola, Cello or Double Bass.

General Music Scholarships
Scholarships will be offered for new students entering Years 7, 8, 9 or 10 demonstrating outstanding musical skills and/or potential in the area of Brass, Woodwind, Percussion, Piano or Voice.

Eligibility for Application
Eligibility for all new students; students enrolled in Year 6 (2018) at Immanuel Primary School or Year 7 (2018) at Immanuel College.may also apply. These scholarships are not available for students currently attending Immanuel College in Years 8 onwards.

Registrations for 2019 scholarships will open in Term 4 this year.

 


Immanuel College/Maitland Lutheran School Scholarship

Awarded to a Christian student from a rural area in Year 9 or Year 10, 2018 who attended Maitland Lutheran School and who is not a current Immanuel College student. Awarded for academic performance and involvement in school/community activities. 33.3% remission on both tuition and boarding fees to Year 12.

Registrations for 2019 scholarships will open in Term 4 this year.
